Aspectos positivos: Staff nice. Rooftop, pool and hotel really nice. Room a little small hard to navigate with two people. Would be uncomfortable without a balcony!

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, although a bit small. The cleanliness is impeccable. The reception staff is very kind and helpful

Aspectos negativos: However, a major downside is the breakfast. For a four-star hotel, it is quite poor, with limited options and food that did not seem fresh. The breakfast staff is not particularly friendly. They would be better off charging a higher price for breakfast and offering a wider, better-quality selection.

Great stay in heart of poblano!

Aspectos positivos: Great location, rooms are super comfy but a little small so recommend getting one with a balcony. Nice gym, roof terrace and pool. Good shower and aircon.

Brilliant staff and location, would recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Facilities, staff, and location are all top class.

Aspectos negativos: Our room wasn’t very sound proof. El Poblado has a great nightlife, but that meant we often heard guests coming and going at all hours of the night. Would recommend good ear plugs!

Aspectos positivos: Good location, good facilities, and friendly staff. Really nice to have a room with a balcony with great views. Gym facilities on the rooftop were very good with even better views.

Aspectos negativos: A bit pricey, given we didn’t even have breakfast included and rooms were a bit small.

Great hotel in El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: Great hotel - well designed and comfortable rooms. Perfect for my stay. The rooftop pool was lovely too - and heated - which was amazing as it was quite rainy while I was there but used it anyway!

Great value for the money, location room

Aspectos positivos: Very nice hotel, great location in the new area of Medellin which is walking distance to party street. The room was great and had all needed, although was a bit tiny. I appreciated the water bottles and the coffee provided in the room. The breakfast we pairs apart, but it wasn’t great variety although the view is lovely from the roof top. The pool is quite small but still pleasant to stay for couple of hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed. I really enjoyed my stay here and with pleasure would come back.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms could be quite tiny for 2 big suitcases, but if you travel with hand luggage would be great!

Great stay in Medellin, I will come again!

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was great on the rooftop, the room is a little on the small side ....but has all the necessary things needed. The rooftop pool & jacuzzi were great. Very easy to get to the city, provenza or sante fe mall in taxi from the hotel. It is in a safe location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Aspectos negativos: A bit of cupboard space in the room
