Aspectos positivos: Clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location and swimming pool was a great addition after busy day with sightseeing

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, great pool, quiet zone, no traffic noise.

Aspectos negativos: Walking up the hill. Mosquitos, so so many and the windows didnt fully close to keep them out.

Quite location and great staff

Aspectos positivos: Great hotel and staff, quiet location just a short walk from the center of El Poblado. The staff make this place what it is, they're very friendly and polite, check in was easy and I had a room by the pool. The room was big, plenty of space, clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and towels fresh, the shower water could have been hotter but it was 28 degrees outside so not really a problem. Breakfast was different each day, eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. Lunch was available but I went out every day. There's a shopping mall 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket plus lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, a perfect location.

Aspectos negativos: I was offered an airport transfer on arrival as the airport is half an hour drive from the hotel, I was told a driver would contact me in the morning to confirm and would be waiting for me but no one showed up, I waited for an hour and a half, sent messages to the hotel without reply so got a taxi instead. The walls are thin, I could hear the person snoring at night in the next room. Two tiles fell off the bathroom wall during the night and gave me a shock.

Would definitely recommend and return to the hotel.

Aspectos positivos: Antioquian style hotel, traditional Colombian breakfasts, staff were friendly and cordial, beautiful hotel to see Antioquian Colombian culture.

Aspectos negativos: Overall good place to sleep and experience culture, however it only occurred one time where there was a lot of noise being made by a group of people by the hall that sleep was nearly impossible given that a tour was to be completed the next day. The other point would be they make you pay your stay right away as opposed to other countries where it’s after services received.

Aspectos positivos: The pool, the tranquility of the place and the location close to Provenza. Super nice garden. Rooms are basic but functional and clean. Breakfast appreciated, friendly staff. Great value for the price

Nice hotel and amazing staff

Aspectos positivos: The location, staff were amazingly pleasant with us and the hotel was clean. Also the breakfast is made by them and is quite nice.

Aspectos negativos: There were two groups of Hebrew people that continued shouting until 4 in the morning in two different days. Is not the fault of the people from the hotel who kept telling them to lower the voice

Aspectos positivos: It's in a perfect location. Near to the restaurants and night life, still quiet. Maria and other staff were so helpful

Aspectos positivos: La piscina super bien, buen tamaño, el desayuno super rico, el personal del hotel super bellísimas personas, los de cocina un beso por siempre. La ubicación increíble esta super cerca de Provenza, del Centro Comercial Vizcaya. Esta en un super buen lugar.

Aspectos positivos: Zaciszny I kameralny hotelik z pięknym basenem I przemiła obsługą. Super lokalizacja na pierwszy pobyt po długiej podróży samolotem. Byliśmy grupą 8 osób i zarezerwowaliśmy pokoje tuż przy basenie ...Wieczorami jest możliwość biesiadowania we wspólnym gronie I nikomu to nie przeszkadza . Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta

Aspectos negativos: Pokoje nad basenem wymagają odświeżenia. Tylko w jednym znajdowała sie lodówka. Przez caly nasz pobyt(4 noce) nie zostały posprzątane i nikt nie wymienił nam ręczników! W pokojach nie było tabliczek do wywieszania na drzwi ,czy życzymy sobie sprzątania..
