Aspectos positivos: Super-puper hotel. Security. Super breakfast, sauna, spa. Personal are so nice, try speaking Rusia language. Estudio: “ Uvidimsiya scoro” what mean “see u soon”. Love this stuffs

Good hotel in great location

Aspectos positivos: Contemporary four star hotel occupying the top 6 floors of a tall building in the hip Provenza area of el Poblado. Some good contemporary looks. Young and kind staff. My deluxe queen was very large and modern, with some small finishing defects. There's a very small gym, with equipment not very clean. Good breakfast buffet at the upper floor, with real-not boxed- orange juice being my acid test for real quality. I also tried the restaurant for dinner and have to say that food was good, at normal prices for the area.

Aspectos negativos: I personally hated the very gummy and thick pillows - they made my sleep less comfortable

We were very impressed with your vibrant hotel, and had a very comfortable stay.

Aspectos positivos: Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Particularly Anna.

Too expensive for what you get in Medellin.

Aspectos positivos: Location is very good. Room is big & comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: First night, the toilet didn’t flush properly and made a huge noise early in the morning (04:30am). Shower glassdoor doesn’t close properly as well. The room (213) we’re stayed in is not soundproof, so you can hear the loud music from street level very clearly.

Aspectos positivos: Great location in Poblado, easily walkable from the hotel to main streets in the neighbourhood, beautiful view, good breakfast and the room was spacious and very comfortable, probably the best I've stayed in Colobia from all 5-6 hotels I've been in so far.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice hotel, and the location is awesome. It's literally a minute walk from Provenza but quite enough to have a good night sleep. The staff are very nice and attentive as well.
