Aspectos positivos: Great location and well isolated walls, we couldn’t hear anything from the streets or other rooms. The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Andrés who was extremely supportive and flexible after we arrived quite early the day of the check in. Would definitely go there again!

Aspectos positivos: Staff was super friendly and kind, specially the lady in the kitchen. The place is very central in the Poblado and everything was super clean

Aspectos negativos: -There was a lot of noise during the night, but it was normal given the location. -There was no view from our bedroom. Just a wall from another building. -The breakfast could be better. Maybe add more cheese and vegetables options. Most of the things were deep fried.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, close to many restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff and a great breakfast selection, particularly the fresh fruits.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear loud music from the street, and conversations in the corridor were clearly audible. One night, a family was talking loudly outside my room late at night, and I had to politely ask them to keep the noise down.

Aspectos positivos: Great breakfast, friendly staff, couldn't ask for a better location. Feels chill, safe and comfortable compared to other areas like the centre. Limitless food and drink options locally. Coffee, ice and water always available. Good double glazed windows for noise. Airconditioning and windows in the room as well as a Small fridge and mini bar.

Aspectos negativos: Light sleepers may not enjoy as it's literally a block off the main club streets, which go until at least 2am most nights and 4am Friday and Saturday. The windows are double glazed but you can still hear a little (I'm a light sleeper and I was ok). Given its a party zone, you may get disturbed by other guests returning late, which we did. The spa is noisy and someone decided to turn it on at 2am! We were on level 5 so may have just been our floor. Despite advertising it, there is NOT a spa available on site (it's available with one of the rooms). Bed sheets were oddly small, didn't size up like normal so two people might play tug of war with them.

Perfect place to stay in El Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: Room has everything you need. Modern facilities, plug sockets, safe and plenty of wardrobe space. Staff super friendly and breakfast great. Location ideal - right in the thick of El Poblado but on a quieter street.

Aspectos negativos: Can be noisy from the internal hallway/lift. There were only 4 rooms on our floor, but it was so loud when people passed through.

Aspectos positivos: Everything it is nice relaxing vibe spacious clean and cosy. We enjoyed jacuzzi and big private terrace. Definitely coming back!
