Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of the City

Aspectos positivos: From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality at this hotel. The staff, particularly Álvaro and Franklin, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was providing directions, offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring I was comfortable. Their warm and professional approach made a huge difference, and I can confidently say they are some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay—delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Additionally, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for both first-time visitors and those returning to explore more.

Aspectos negativos: While my stay was fantastic overall, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and often slow, which made it challenging to work without interruptions. A stronger, more stable internet connection would be a great enhancement. Also, while the bed was decent, it could have been a bit more comfortable. That being said, given the price point, it was still a great value for money.

Nice stay

Aspectos positivos: Location of the hotel is very good (except the noise). Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

Aspectos negativos: Because of the central location of the hotel, and my room being next to the main street, it was quite impossible to sleep from all the music and noise.

Aspectos negativos: The shower temperature was up and down and the fact the staff had to keep letting me in and out the building felt annoying.

Centrally located hotel

Aspectos positivos: The staff were super nice. The location is very central.

Aspectos negativos: There is no elevator. The hotel is on a busy street, so it is loud at night, my room was located in the backside, and luckily I'm not very noise-sensitive, but if you are, keep it in mind. The hot water in the shower was on and off.

Great location, very clean, safe and the staff are very attentive.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, very clean, safe and the staff are very attentive. We travelled to Colombia for our honeymoon and they were very nice and prepared the room for us with rose petals and offered is a drink.

Aspectos negativos: There are no windows in the rooms and it’s very noisy at night as it is located in a busy street with a lot of bars and restaurants. You can hear music till 3am. Not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper! Upon check in they provide you with ear plugs.

Aspectos positivos: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The area was perfect for going out - between Lleras & Provenza… everything walkable.

Aspectos negativos: The internet was very bad and there were almost no place for the clothes. Also, the breakfast could be a bit varied!

Super location and stafd

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect in El Poblado and a few yards from the Provenza. The hotel is on the main road and breakfast is on the main terrace. Valentina, Daisy and all the staff were excellent and attentive. The hotel was clean and airy. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a lively central vibe. Thanks Reena

Aspectos positivos: First and foremost, I LOVED the staff. Juan Carlos, Valentina, Alejandro, Erica and many others whose names I can't recall, were AMAZING! They were ever so helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. Secondly, I appreciated the cleanliness of the place - a very important quality for me.

Aspectos negativos: The mattress was a bit too firm - perhaps an investment in more plush mattress the next round?

Aspectos positivos: Great breakfast ! Great staff very accommodating and makes you feel safe . Very local next to Provenza . I would come back again !

Good place for a quick stay

Aspectos positivos: Staff is really nice, nice rooms. The breakfast was good. It was a nice place for a quick stay. It is near restaurants and a nice street that felt really safe. Also not too far from the metro station. The hotel terasse was also nice. They let leave your bags there if you get there too early or you check-out but want to continue exploring the city. That really made out experience better!

Aspectos negativos: If you want a quiet room I do not suggest. There are bars near and the music was really loud, so it was a difficult to sleep. We also got the room closest to the street so it did not help for the noise. However,if you are not looking for a quiet place then this is a great hotel. The other thing I disliked is that I had an extra fee charged on my credit card, which they not explain to me. I only realized when I got home. I got charged for the hotel and there was a separate charge under a person's name. Maybe it was a mistake but make sure you check what they charge you for.
