Maidy Luxury Hotel

Aspectos positivos: I liked how clean and organised the room was, and the filtered water fountain allowing me to refill my bottle when needed. The room was small so was easy to keep cool with the AC. Another good point was that even though it's in a busy location, there wasn't much noise at night, although my room was away from the road and had no external window so that helped. The breakfast is a good quality too and has a good range of choices. It's in the cafe right next door so you don't have to go far.

Aspectos negativos: I would have liked a window that opened to the outside but that was the only thing I'd have changed about my room. The fact the window was internal meant I had barely any street noise so that was a plus.

Aspectos positivos: Really nice staff, they were happy to help with everything. Room had everything we needed including hot showers and a hairdryer

Clean rooms, safe neighborhoods, and helpful staff

Aspectos positivos: I had a great stay here! The room and entire hotel were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the fridge with drinks, stove for cooking, and tasty breakfast. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful, even recommending safe neighborhoods to buy car parts. The location is excellent: very safe, close to the metro, with an Éxito supermarket right across the street, which was a big plus and Provenza nearby.

Aspectos negativos: The only downsides were that breakfast options were a bit limited (mostly eggs or a sandwich), and my room (#201) wasn't fully soundproof, so some light and noise (car/motor) came in at night or early morning. It would be helpful to place reminder notes for guests sitting in the common area to be considerate of people sleeping on the same floor. However, my parents' room (#101) was very good and no complaints. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and great staff.

Aspectos positivos: Location. There's a supermarket across the street. walking distance to Poblado park and the main street. Staff is very polite and kind and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Room was small, bathroom was extremely small. A bit noisy.

Aspectos positivos: Excelent bedroom, very comfortable bed, air conditioner and good illumination in the room. The hotel is located a few meters from the parque el Poblado, in a very good position. Reasonable price for the room and the service included such as the breakfast, so tasty. Recommended 10 out of 10 price/quality ratio

Aspectos positivos: I booked the small room. It's very clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy. You can reach the metro on foot. You can walk to any restaurant this nice

Aspectos positivos: Really lovely little property. The rooms were lovely and clean with room service every day. It felt very secure with fingerprint locks for your room and a security box for valuables. Location was perfect. We ended up extending our stay for an additional night as we enjoyed it so much.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very close to the Metro,. It is a short up hill walk to eating and central park. The room I had was small. The bathroom even smaller a big person would not be able to use the bathroom. The hotel is very nice clean and great location. Staff wonderful. Very modern. Breakfast was very nice. Wifi good in my room.

Good place to stay, close to the metro and groceries.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is only 2 years old with well furnished and comfortable rooms. It's located within 8 minutes walk of the Poblado metro station, and directly across the road of Exito store (where you can have a quick and unexpensive lunch, by the way).

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast could be better, especially coffee (embarassing for Colombia). We found cocroaches in our room, and were moved to a different one, so the hotel takes cleanliness seriuosly.

Aspectos positivos: The perfect place to stay!! Super comfortable, super clean, location perfect, staff amazing! As a solo female traveller I absolutely love to recommend this place to everyone!!
