Very enjoyable and comfortable.

Aspectos positivos: Nicyly furnished room. Great location and good breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The shower splashed water outside the shower area, which took some time every morning to wipe up.

Luxury, friendly, well located

Aspectos positivos: This is a very new and modern hotel with fantastic facilities - the toiletries were L’Occitane! Rooms were sleek and comfortable with smart TVs. The staff could not have been more helpful especially Stefania and Katherin who looked after us so well, when we had a late departure. Santy who ran the rooftop breakfast buffet was super cheerful and kind. There was even a very clean and beautifully made rooftop jacuzzi with great views. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk from the metro station Poblado which is crucial to exploring the city. I would love to stay here again! Hugely recommend it as a comfortable and well located base.

Hotel with attentive service and willing to improve

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is willing to make the best of it. The hotel was nice with a nice rooftop with a great view. At the first days the breakfast was also good. The waitress was very attentive and hospital. It was my birthday and they even gave me a surprise cake. That was very attentive! I had a problem with breakfast but they apologised about this experience and made it good to me.

Aspectos negativos: The laundry service was way too expensive. I had to bring my laundry to a friend's hotel which was 5 times less money. The last day at breakfast was too busy. I gave this feedback also to the hotel and I think they are going to improve this.

Aspectos positivos: Great location in the heart of El Poblado. The staff were very friendly, they even accommodated a late check out for free and stored our luggages before checking in

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast is fine but could be improved, the area around the hotel is a bit noisy in the morning due to constructions

Beyond our expectations.

Aspectos positivos: The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The facilities are managed and kept very well. Most of all I would like to tip my hat to the breakfast staff. Being vegetarians we often find ourselves left with very limited options at the breakfast buffet. Chef Jerson and his team were very accomodative and prepared thoughtfully curated & freshly cooked meals for us each morning. The willingness to go beyond what is normally expected is deeply appreciated & we will be back here the next time.

A comfortable stay.

Aspectos positivos: The bed was very comfortable and the design was nice. Showers are great. The staff were super helpful, we got early check in and when we checked out they kept our bags all day.

Perfect stay for exploring Medellin

Aspectos positivos: It is clean , comfortable and lovely staff. We liked the location, quieter than the more popular area of Poblado . Rooftop is nice. Lots of great bars and cafes around . Loved cafe Dragon !

Aspectos negativos: High rise building works opposite and at side. Coffee not great! Should be the best!!
