Great stay in the center of Medellin, close to El Poblado center!

Aspectos positivos: I was upgraded my room due to availability :) Breakfast was good and tasty! Room was good, bed was fine, shower was great! Staff were helpful and nice :) Great and safe area! Close to center of El Poblado.

Aspectos negativos: The building is not super soundproofed from outside nor from inside, so you might hear from some buildings in the area.

Aspectos positivos: Nice modern hotel, basic breakfast, quiet street, good, safe off street parking if you are traveling with a car.

Aspectos negativos: We were kept up at night by other guests in the corridor making noise - not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel, good location

Aspectos positivos: This is a smart, pleasant hotel on the hill above Medellin, in an area with several restaurants to choose from, including the in-house cafe. Free parking was available. The included breakfast was simple but enough.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing in particular. A swimming pool would have been nice, but not essential.

Aspectos positivos: It was very clean, the room was al right, the price was fair.

Aspectos negativos: We have the feeling that the waiters were not educated as a waiter itself. They are just people who help you with the menu and put the food on the table. We did not feel the restaurant service as a service.
