Aspectos positivos: The hotel entrance is beautiful and modern - great first impression. The room itself didn't have as good a finish, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a lovely, upmarket area, however the streets are steep and it's not handy for everything, so you need to get taxis, or hire a car, or a motorcycle to get around. The hotel has its own private carpark, so it was perfect for us as we hired a motorcycle. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Aspectos positivos: The staff was extremely helpful! The room was very nice and clean. The location is just a quick uber ride to bars and restaurants (uber is very cheap), and the area around the hotel felt very safe. We would definitely choose the hotel again!

Great staff, friendly and professional, eager to help. Comfortable and a good value

Aspectos positivos: This very nice hotel is located on a hill and walking the neighborhood requires lots of hill climbing. If you are not used to the altitude, you could find yourself breathing a little more heavily than usual. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. They moved my room when the sounds of celebration from the restaurant next door went a little later than I wanted. The restaurant was excellent and I enjoyed my meals on the outdoor patio.

Aspectos negativos: It is a bit far from the center of Poblado but 10-15 minutes in a ride-share. There was no view of the beautiful scenery when I moved to a more quiet room.

A cosy hotel in the nice area!

Aspectos positivos: The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful! Helped us to organize some tours and explained where we can buy simcards or exchange money. The room itself was small, but comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: Apparently, there was only one hair dryer for the whole hotel, because every day when I was asking it at the reception it was never available. It would be nice if they just arrange hair dryers for each room, so one wouldn't need constantly hunting for it.
