Beautiful hotel, kid friendly, very nice personnel

Aspectos positivos: The staff was very friendly. Even though we were late for breakfast, they still made breakfast for us. The restaurant is open 24/7 for room service, which is very convenient with kids. The room was very beautiful and clean, and the view of Santa Fe is also lovely. The neighborhood is very modern and clean. You can easily and quickly walk to the Santa Fe Mall from the hotel.

Aspectos negativos: The quality of the food was sometimes not best, but it's good to have an option when you want to eat something fast and it's late.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was fantastic. The value for the price is really good. The staff was incredibly professional, the food was exquisite, the room and beds were comfortable, the facilities such as the gym were great, and the location is really good. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Aspectos negativos: The hot tubs weren't available during our stay. That is the only really minor thing I can think of as feedback. Everything was truly excellent.

Aspectos positivos: I’m allergic to pig meat and the hotel doesn’t provide another choice for the ham. I like the eggs with ham, turkey or chicken ham, and because of this I couldn’t have the breakfast I usually have. To me the breakfast is very important!
