Nice hotel with a great view.

Aspectos positivos: Nice hotel with a good staff. Good breakfast. Our room had a great view and was very quiet. Well known and easy Uber access. A couple of small food stores nearby. Daily housekeeping service.

Aspectos negativos: It is a party hotel. The restaurant upstairs is for the nightlife crowd. You need reservations and dress for it. We like a more casual, family oriented place. Nice if that is what a traveler wants, but easy to ignore if it is not. Our room had a small kitchen, we would have appreciated a dish cloth and towel. Would prefer a simple refrigerator not a minibar.

Aspectos negativos: perhaps it would have been good to have 2 pillows per person , as the one in the room were a bit too flat ! but a part for this all was great !

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely loved this hotel, the breakfast option especially the Colombian dish was incredible. The staff were so attentive and friendly. One member of staff Angel was exceptionally helpful, giving recommendations for food and local tours- and his recommendations were fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the location brilliant to get easily by taxi or walk to El Poblado. The rooftop especially had stunning views - we didn’t know it had a rooftop and wish we were able to visit at nighttime. We felt so safe, I couldn’t recommend a better hotel!

Aspectos negativos: There was quite abit of noise at night but nothing unbearable.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and close to most restaurants, shopping centers etc. was easy to get to and from property

Helpful staff, clean, good amenities, but very noisy

Aspectos positivos: Great hotel, with helpful staff and very clean - but the walls are very thin so we could hear everything everywhere incl our neighbours snoring!

Aspectos negativos: Thin walls and noise levels were way too high incl from the rooftop bar

Aspectos negativos: I stayed on the first floor, rooms are not sound proof enough, you can hear all the noise from lobby and restaurant.

Great stay in Medellín

Aspectos positivos: Great location. All hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We didn't know but found out at the hotel that guests are covered under the hotel's medical insurance (it's included in the cost of what you pay for the room). If you need medical attention, the front desk can help you contact a doctor. A doctor will then go to your hotel room to assist you. Ambulance transportation is also included if necessary.

Aspectos negativos: Not being able to select 2 beverages at breakfast (can only select 1 coffee, hot chocolate or orange juice).

Aspectos positivos: An outstanding hotel with excellent service! The rooms are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, offering a great variety. The location is also perfect, with everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Magnificent rooftop bar vistas. Great room and bed. Super helpful staff. My wife had to go to hospital emergency for an injured foot and the hotel provided us with a wheelchair and helped us order crutches. Lovely breakfast and rooftop bar staff.
