Aspectos negativos: Rooms are a bit old and thin-walled. Far away from the Metro station.

Nice hotel in a nice area with lovely staff

Aspectos positivos: Poblado Alejandro was a great place to stay in Medellín. My room was really nice — very spacious, with a huge bed and a lovely shower room. I also had great views, which made it feel even more special. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the dining area was a really pleasant space to start the day. One of my favorite touches was the garden: every morning there were squirrels running around (so cute) and lots of birds, which gave the hotel a calm, natural feel. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Luis on reception — he was so kind and supportive. He didn’t speak much English, but we chatted every morning in Spanish, and I really appreciated his patience and conversation. I’d happily stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: Room was big with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a food selection that changed daily. Good location. Staff were nice. Food onsite was also good and nice little area to sit.

Aspectos negativos: Only negative was the water temperature in the shower wasn't always consistent, lukewarm at best one day.

Restful and close to everything

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants but with some distance to be able to rest and relax. Clean, spacious rooms and great service. The area downstairs at the restaurant is very pleasant to work and have a coffee.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was good but could be improved with more options in the buffet, especially whole grain bread and more muesli alternatives. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open for lunch, but there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby.
