Aspectos positivos: The room was nice. The bath was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The location was easy to find and walkable.

Aspectos negativos: The restaurant was small for the amount of guests. The gym was very small and a bit awkwardly located. The breafast options was 5/10.

A very nice stay and everything you would want with Radisson.

Aspectos positivos: Clean comfortable spacious room. Great location and access by car or walking. Large breakfast buffet and attentive service.

Aspectos negativos: For the price and the quality of the hotel, there was nothing not to like.

Aspectos positivos: The vibes of the hotel are so nice and chill. The people working in there are absolutely nice and gentle (mostly the restaurant)

Aspectos negativos: The only thing is that we were four people in the room and they only gave us one card. So every time someone wsnted to go down another person had to go down and up again.

Aspectos positivos: New and modern hotel with deserving 4 star rating. Wonderful breakfast, good WiFi, and friendly staff.

Aspectos negativos: I found the bed much too soft and did not provide support. The staff flipped the mattress for me and it helped a bit

Aspectos positivos: The hotel was pristine, tastefully designed, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms had stunning views and there were alot of breakfast variety daily.

Aspectos negativos: I stayed for 2 extra days unplanned and so I opted to downgrade my room. The AC and shower seemed a bit faulty but it didn’t really bother me because they squeezed me in at the last minute while the hotel was almost full to capacity and I am confident that if I had reported it, they would have handled it immediately. Still a 10/10 experience for me.

A comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.

Aspectos positivos: The Viaggio exceeded our expectations in several ways. Upon checking in, we were immediately impressed with the elegant common areas. Breakfast was delightful but what impressed us even more was the courteousness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff. The dinner menu was varied and the food was very good, appealingly presented, and reasonably priced. The reception staff was accommodating and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Viaggio and would return there in a heartbeat should we be lucky enough to return to Medellin in the future.
