Great Stay with Excellent Value for Money

Aspectos positivos: We have no complaints about our stay. Although the hotel is older, it is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Personally, I truly appreciate older hotels because of their character and comfort. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is also access to a sauna and a jacuzzi, which was a great advantage for our family, especially since we arrived on a rainy day. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing significant that we disliked. As the hotel is older, some interior elements feel slightly dated, but this did not affect our comfort or overall experience.

Aspectos negativos: They don't communicate well with guests about tours. They should offer direct contact with tour agencies to avoid misunderstandings regarding tour pick-up times and general information.

Perfect stay.

Aspectos positivos: Everything. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was abundant. Room was spacious. Bed was extra comfy. Loved everything about the experience.

Great hotel for families in Poblado area

Aspectos positivos: I loved the location and the fact that unlike many other hotels in the area, this one wasn't noisy at all but still in close proximity to the entertainment area. I specifically looked for a place that was quiet as we have a 10 month old and we were not disappointed! The staff was very attentive and attended to all requests promptly. We had the classic suite which I absolutely loved as it was very spacious, with lots of storage and a separate sink where the minibar area is. This was very helpful to us as we didn't have to wash baby bottles in the bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They cater for both locals and foreigners. I loved the soups offered for breakfast on the weekends, it felt great after a night out!

Aspectos negativos: The hotel is an older hotel which would benefit from renovations. For example my dad struggled getting into the shower as you have to lift your legs quite high to do so, the water tap is also located at the bottom which can be difficult for a person with mobility issues.
