Would definitely recommend, Room was clean, beds made daily. very nice, friendly and attentive staff

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was nice, very attentive personnel, the hotel is within 10 minutes from 2 metro stations and shopping malls, daily room service

Aspectos positivos: Everything was great, Emerson fron the Breakfast Area excelent attention and Service.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing was that i upgradez to a tree person roo.m and they still charged me extra for extra person, i believe is common sense that if i wanted three beds and I paid for that room is becaise we were three i think it was fare to be charge for extra person.

Aspectos positivos: Decent place to stay. A bit far from the city center but it is quiet and staff is very friendly. We appreciated the restaurant staff's disposition and the food is very good!

Aspectos negativos: Rooms can be updated, you can tell this is a busy hotel and so feels like one. If you eat in the room be mindful, there are little roaches, no big deal, just something that happens in cities and old places.

Aspectos positivos: Good sized room, plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Aspectos negativos: The location. Very tricky to get to because of the main dual carriageway between it and El Poblado. We did walk a couple of times but be warned, the walk is very steep and a good 30 mins from the centre

Comfortable Hotel with Great Views

Aspectos positivos: Great Location, Hotel Service was very accommodating.Nice pool with jacuzzi. Beautiful Views and enjoyed the balcony. First Time at this Hotel, it met my expectation..As frequent traveller to Medellin I would recommend this hotel.
