Aspectos negativos: Although comfy, the beds are shorter than standard. So not the best if you are over 180cm.

Value, location, cleanliness and service second to none!
Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in a beautiful area from which to explore Poblado and the rest of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, incredibly clean facility and great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

Great and personal staff. Simple hotel in great location.
Aspectos positivos: The staff was phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch.
Aspectos negativos: The public bath and jacuzzi listed under well-being were one public bathroom. There are jacuzzis in some of the rooms but there was none for all of the guests. The day we arrived there was extremely loud construction in the building which made it impossible to rest.

Aspectos positivos: The location, comfortable accommodations, safe, but more importantly, Alex, Laura and Jorge went above and beyond each time we asked for their assistance with restaurant recommendations, ground transportation, etc. Loved their front porche with the bistro tables where we drank “tinto” and café con leche (on the house) in the afternoon. Will definitely book this hotel again, but next time we will probably book their fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining and living room (with sleeper sofa) kitchen, etc. A little gem👍🏼
Aspectos negativos: Did not dislike anything. Actually, it was better than expected

Great hotel!
Aspectos positivos: The breakfast was amazing, the WiFi super good, hot running water, exceptional staff!
Aspectos negativos: If you like parties, fancy bars, quirky coffee shops, great restaurant and loads of shopping - you're in heaven! El Poblado isn't Colombia. It's 100% Western town. Go to different areas if you want to experience real Colombia.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy turística con muchísimas opciones de bares y restaurantes alrededor. El hotel es sencillo, limpio y cómodo. El personal es muy amable y servicial, muchas gracias por sus atenciones a Angela, Jorge, Ángel y, especialmente, a Alejandro y a Yessica, siempre muy solícitos y dispuestos a ayudarte.
Aspectos negativos: Tal vez una sugerencia sería que la tarjeta/llave de la habitación te permitiera también acceso a la puerta principal del hotel, pues la cierran en el horario nocturno y debes esperar que el recepcionista abra, aunque es entendible para preservar la seguridad.

An unforgettable experience — I would definitely stay here again!
Aspectos positivos: My stay was beyond exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I truly felt safe and well taken care of during my entire stay.
Aspectos negativos: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.
