Aspectos positivos: Great location , 2 min walk away from main strip. Staff were nice and hotel is guest friendly. Would stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: The location was great. Easy to access the hearth of El Poblado. The room was big enough to differentiate itself from a standard hotel room. The kitchen equipment was good.

Aspectos negativos: The balcony. Even though it is big, there are only two chairs (no table etc.), which are unsuitable for spending time on the balcony. The room service was not sufficient. They offered to neither clean the room nor change the towels during three-night stay.

Great location, great apartment

Aspectos positivos: Loved the design of the room it was spacious and had everything we needed. I was sceptical of booking here because of the noise comments - but we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and had total peace and quiet.

Aspectos negativos: asked for a quiet room but got one facing the street, no sleep at all due to the noice from the clubs and drunk people standing outside playing music all night. The location is good If you are going out to party.

Aspectos positivos: Stayed with a friend for 5 nights. Excellent location, close to everything. Lovely helpful staff 24 hours and felt pretty safe. Felt pretty safe walking back late at night with some basic street awareness. Our apt was on the top floor, so was not that loud from the underground club compared to lower units. Weekday nights are pretty quiet at night. We could sleep properly. Rooms were clean and equipped with some useful kitchen stuff to use. Guest friendly.

Aspectos negativos: The living area in our 2 bedroom unit did not had an AC due to which it can get little warm during the day, but we kept the bedroom doors open to make entire apt cooler. No elevator, so had to take the stairs with all the luggage, but it was okay for us since we are physically very active. Some noise from the street on weekend nights - but not a major issue on top floor units.
