Aspectos positivos: A good basic hotel with clean rooms and central location in El Poblado.

Aspectos negativos: The room did not have a window, which was a slight minus. Staff was friendly but mostly did not speak english.

Aspectos negativos: The room didn’t have a good view out the streets but rather the courtyard inside the hotel - either way this is a great hotel I 100% recommend!

Excellent location,in the midst of El Poblado and Provenza!

Aspectos positivos: The staff were supported and kind,in general. The location was in the best spot of El Poblado! Right in the centre, literally a 3-4 minute walk from Provenza, the hot sppt with restaurants, sjopping stalls and bars/clubs. My room had a hot tub in it. My own jacuzzi and it was so nice and relaxing to use.

Aspectos negativos: That there was a switch to turn the hot tub bubbles on and off,instead of having to call reception to ask them to do this for me. A lamp in the room. Helps with a little light, instead of the main lights. Shower gel, in addition to or instead of a bar of soap. A light, thin duvet, instead of a sheet and extra blanket.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, one street off the main street. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and the room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, just don’t use their laundry service

Aspectos positivos: Great location, clean and comfortable room, nice terrace, tasty breakfast.

Aspectos negativos: We used their laundry service which was supposed to be “the best in town”. They shrunk almost all of our clothes, our trousers were a couple of centimeters shorter… When we complained, they said they will look into the matter, but never did. When we asked again and suggested at least a partial refund, the receptionist just smiled.

Aspectos positivos: We got a free upgrade without asking to a lovely jacuzzi king room. The facilities were great, bed super comfy and great breakfast on the balcony. The staff were also really helpful
