My stay at Hotel Ayenda Palo Alto was amazing the experience,staff was friendly,definitely Recommend

Aspectos positivos: Traveling alone to Medellin as a Jamaican who doesn’t know Spanish on an excellent level was amazing. Everything was close to the hotel. My second day at the hotel I wanted to get some pesos the staff told me where to get it but I didn’t know where exactly I saw some police female officers and they let me feel comfortable and safe also thanks to all of those 8 police officers who accompany me and help me out . I would definitely recommend and visit the hotel again. I saw a lot of negative comments about the hotel and I didn’t experience any. I don’t know if it’s because I was on the top floor but the transportation wasn’t any problem to me in the morning, day or night maybe the lower floor can have difficulty sleeping. I loved my room I did got everything also window during my stay it was cold there.

Aspectos negativos: Wi-Fi connection was poor it picked up inside my room but there weren’t any service signal and during the stay they didn’t came to clean or anything although I kept the room clean but atleast come let me decide if I want it clean or not

Aspectos positivos: The day staff promptly returned money after the night staff overcharged me as I checked in. Very kind of her to rectify the problem.

Aspectos negativos: The application from ayenda was not working. So this made check-in slightly longer and problematic.

Great location and clean room.

Aspectos positivos: The staff of this hotel are very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. We went for vacation with a family of 3 so when we arrived back after the trips, our rooms where clean and nice. The air-conditioning works fine. Although there are bars outside the noise does not bother at all. This hotel has a great location to stay. Many restaurants are nearby and it feels safe to walk outside. It is pretty close to our favorite restaurants, Malanga Del Tropico.

Aspectos negativos: The WIFI traffic could improve. My daughter had a hard time playing online.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, el personal es súper amable, el hotel tiene las B, bueno bonito y Barato. Hay mucha vida nocturna cerca, restaurantes, bares y demás, en frente por la noche venden una arepitas rellenas increíbles, el hotel tiene microondas para uso, vende bebidas y artículos personas.

Aspectos negativos: el primer día estuve en una habitación en la que había mucho ruido, pedí cambio y el segundo día dormí mejor, llega un poco de ruido, pero no molesta para dormir, el precio calidad está muy bien.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente, cerca a la zona comercial de laureles y a la estación del metro Estadio. Muy fácil llegar y desplazarse en la ciudad. No sé escucha ruido en la noche.

Aspectos positivos: Es un excelente lugar para quedarse en Medellin, es limpio y confortable, me quedé en una habitación familiar y lo único que deberían de mejorar es la calidad del colchón ya que no era muy cómodo para descansar Por lo demás 100 puntos
