Aspectos positivos: The friendly staff and ambiance, the decor was great

Aspectos negativos: The leaking pipe in our room, and the prison like corridors. The breakfasts were ok but limited

Great stay

Aspectos positivos: Lovely modern hotel, room was a good size and nice and clean. Even had cooking facilities if needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in Laureles as there are lots of restaurants and shops and it’s a very safe area for tourists

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast was a bit basic and doesn’t really change but it still tasted good.

Very nice stay in the heart of Laureles

Aspectos positivos: Big, spacious and comfortable room. Comfy bed. Very good location in the heart of Laureles.

Aspectos negativos: One elevator felt like it was not enough especially during breakfast time. Breakfast was not great and there weren't enough tables for all the guests so you have to wait in line. Drain flush sound randomly heard loudly in the room.

An excellent stay in a safe city location

Aspectos positivos: The modern room and facilities. The rooftop breakfast area and breakfast quality. The location. The staff. Ignore some previous poor reviews of breakfast. The rooftop setting is new and the quality and choices excellent. Also it’s no problem to refuse the added cost insurance at check in.

Aspectos negativos: We had a problem with our room safe that required 3 visits from hotel staff. It was resolved in the end.

A high quality choice in a safe quiet excellent location.

Aspectos positivos: The quality of the room, the rooftop breakfast, the location. The view. Ignore previous reviews that complain about the breakfast location, the rooftop is new and superb. The check-in is fine, just refuse the additional insurance cost, no problem.

Aspectos negativos: Room safe required 3 visits from staff before it was replaced (it’s not fixed to the wall)

Fresh and modern accommodation

Aspectos positivos: beautiful modern hotel, safe location with many restaurants and small shops around, always clean and with a very comfortable bed, friendly staff and the girl at the reception, Natalia, who welcomed us with a smile even though we arrived late at night, is worth mentioning.

Spacious room with good view

Aspectos positivos: We had a spacious room on one of the upper floors which I would recommend to be further away from street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful, also via WhatsApp.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast could be a bit more diverse. Washing up liquid and a kitchen towel in the kitchenette would be a good add-on.

Recommended for a stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location in the Laureles district of Medellin with many restaurants and shops nearby. Our rooms were stylish and had great views of the city. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was good although not always enough so we had to order extra portions which we then had to pay for addtionally.

Aspectos negativos: Bigger breakfast portions would be good.
