Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect and the facilities were ok.

Aspectos negativos: There is area of improvement, regarding the attention of details: one day, they didn't gave us toilet paper (and we ran out of it) and other day they forgot about the towels. Fortunately we carried our own.

Aspectos positivos: The check in was simple. Hotel staff was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a great Laureles neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location and facilities.. mediocre breakfast - definitely get the jacuzzi room!

Aspectos positivos: It was more of a motel than a hotel, but they did a great job overall. The location couldn't be better it's right on the edge of Laureles' restaurant district. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and up-to-date. My room had a jacuzzi which was a really nice addition. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, the AC unit worked well.. the bathroom was nice with a strong shower and lots of hot water. Overall, a great experience!

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast was pretty good but there wasn't much selection. No French toast or waffles - just the usual Colombian fare. Also, the room had just two towels and they were quite small - no hand towels or facecloths. Also, the rooftop hot tub and sauna which were advertised online were closed.

Great stay- amazing location

Aspectos positivos: Lovely hotel, the location is amazing! Super close to everything you could want. Breakfast great each morning, slightly different options and a buffet drinks section. Staff lovely, happy to assist when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms not soundproof - other guests were super loud (not the hotels fault, but maybe inform guests to keep it down after 10pm and before 9am) we had someone playing guitar outside our room at 6am one morning
