Convenient Stay

Aspectos positivos: The value for money is exceptional. The area/location (Laureles-Estadio) is extremely convenient since you have everything at walking distance: plenty of bars and restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets and supermarkets parks, and the transportation is really good around that area, too. Highly recommended. The hotel staff is amazing, kind, friendly. Thank you. The rooms are well equipped with what you might need.

Aspectos negativos: The room is hot. However, there is a fan to cope with the situation. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR if you are given a room on the 3rd floor. Only staircase, wide enough, but only staircase to go up.

Aspectos positivos: excellent price and locaisation, simple but really Good and comfortable, congratulation to the girls at the reception that have been Excellent, but a special mention to CLAUDIA that just started her job at the reception and is simply the nicest and best hotel receptionist i have ever seen .

Aspectos positivos: La gentillesse du personnel La propreté des chambres

Aspectos negativos: Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais Nous sommes restés coincés dehors avec personne à l'accueil un soir à 22h. Il serait bon de donner un code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel en cas d'absence du personnel à l'accueil. Heureusement qu'une dame nous a entendu taper à la porte de sa chambre pour nous dire de nous adresser à l'hôtel d'à côté sinon je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais les céréales et le chocolat sont trop sucrées Des restaurants autour mais un peu loin du métro et du bruit dans la rue surtout le samedi soir

Aspectos positivos: Me pareció muy buena ubicación, el personal fueron muy amables muy dispuestos y colaboradores con mis necesidades, el desayuno variado y rico, la habitación para 4 era pequeña y sencilla pero cómoda porque finalmente de turismo pasamos más en la calle, para llegar a descansar estaba apenas.
