Aspectos positivos: The location. The food at the rooftop bar was really good.

Aspectos negativos: When you work with tourists, I believe that all the staff must be in a position to speak at least basic on english, Google Translate is not a solution.

Short stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: The position of the hotel is very near of the movida and most beautiful restaurants/bars

Aspectos negativos: The rooms are quite small and the price is quite high for the structure. The bed linen and towels have got small staines on them. Some items like the hair dryer, the handle of the glass window are difectouses. The elevator (the only one) was very stuff: too much people at every time, also in the morning but in the evening too. The morning breakfast sometimes was confused and is a little dispersive. I suggest a better attention to the hotel and less to the Sky bar.

Aspectos positivos: The team was very friendly and the rooms was in good order even though we were a bit early. The location is great for some and not other I would say. If you like a fun location with walking distance to different restaurant than it would be a great option. If you prefer somewhere more quiet and relaxed traffic it would be better to search for something else. Calle 10A is a bit busy.

Aspectos negativos: Room was a bit small. This was our second hotel in Medellin and the other hotel had bigger rooms.

An amazing place to stay in El Poblado, Medellin

Aspectos positivos: The rooftop bar hosts amazing DJS. The pool + parties on the rooftop there make you not leave the hotel all day. The rooms are well serviced and the staff is there to address any issues. The jacuzzi is also well maintained.

Aspectos negativos: If you're looking for a really chill and quiet place to stay maybe this one is not for you.

Recommended. Rooftop pool is great

Aspectos positivos: Everything okay or great. Staff are super nice. It's not super cheap but it's fine. Great location. Easygoing. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

Aspectos negativos: Construction noise. Holeee! Very frustrating if you wanted to nap in the day. Music noise at night was not too bad. Sometimes the elevator was being repaired, and there is only one. I wish, also, that the music on the rooftop was a leeetle less loud and pounding all the time. But on the weekends, that's what the kids want I guess

Aspectos positivos: the location was perfect, staff so friendly specially Miguel. Breakfast staff was also fine, warming welcome every morning.

Aspectos negativos: That we order ice , and never come.. myself had to go to the rooftop to took the ice😕
