Lovely stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Our room was lovely and had a small balcony where we could see the local church and skyline. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly as its off the main street, noise is minimal which is a bonus for a good night's sleep. would definitely stay here again.

Charming neighborhood, but hotel staff could be more attentive

Aspectos positivos: The neighborhood is pleasant, very charming, and full of good restaurants. Getting to some touristic attractions (like the Botero Square) by public transportation requires walking about 20 minutes to the metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but we could have some more space to open larger bags.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast is quite limited for vegetarians and vegans, and they took some time to replenish items. Our room was on the third floor, but it felt too low and we didn't have any privacy, since there was a large area right in front of our window where people seemed to be doing some kind of construction work, making us keep the curtains closed at all times. We asked for a different room, but the person at the reception desk simply said they didn't have any other options, and didn't really make an effort to understand our needs. Also, our room was in a section that could only be accessed through elevator + stairs - and we were not offered any help to carry our luggage.

Great, worth the price, recommend

Aspectos positivos: All good, great localisation for exploring the city, clean rooms, great breakfast, kind staff

Aspectos negativos: Snacks were put without any price tag or anything on our kitchen table and we were charged for them a big sum of money. Preservatives in the room give out a bad vibe to the hotel. Laundry was clean but full of hair which wasn’t nice.

Aspectos negativos: Only downside was very repetitive loud beeping sounds echoing through the halls, not from the lift but from something else, unsure what. Could hear it clearly from inside the room. Everything else was lovely

Aspectos positivos: Really lovely hotel with great reception and bar areas. Nice touch was the welcome cocktail. Good service very helpful staff. Easy access to all restaurants etc in El Plobabo

Aspectos negativos: The short road to it was unprepossessing. Then you get to the end and there is the hotel round the corner

Aspectos positivos: Very good location, near supermarket and central Poblado, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, two balconies, kitchen amenities, big and comfortable bed

Aspectos negativos: Coffee at the breakfast was not great, unless you paid extra for a good one, wifi was not working properly in the room

Hotel with lots of options close

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Good vibe. Clean Breakfast well presented and enough variety. Staff spoke English which was excellent for non Spanish speaking traveller's.

Aspectos negativos: No glass in bathroom for water. Room door locking system malfunctioned couple times. Scrambled eggs could have been cooked longer.
