Aspectos positivos: Great location in El Poblado. Check in was easy and staff was very attentive. Had issues with AC and was resolved immediately

Great value for the money

Aspectos positivos: Great location, within walking distance from everything worth checking out in El Poblado, very safe, very comfortable, the staff very helpful. The room was a bit dated, the restaurant is nothing fancy, but all other facilities and the easy access really compensated for any slight disconfort.

Wonderful hotel in Medelin

Aspectos positivos: Good location, very helpful and nice staff, delicious breakfast, swimming pool, comfortable bed, amazing view from window. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed it. People are so nice and smiling.

Aspectos negativos: Only obe thing , water in shower was not nought hot.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, professional service, spacious rooms and good/safe location

Aspectos negativos: At times it felt that it could have had more of an atmosphere within the hotel, not many socialise around the hotel often which is fine but I think with all the space required they could do events etc to progress

Aspectos negativos: Nothing 5 * about it for me there was no bath no gown slippers and the shower water was barely warm I’ve stayed in better 3 + 4*

Memorable Mother's Day Stay

Aspectos positivos: Excellent service, amazing staff, comfortable hotel, nice bed, nice room

Aspectos negativos: Improve facilities for handicap and disable guests which I believe is undergoing. Improve the service at the main lobby bar to make it more comfortable to have a social drink.

Aspectos positivos: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a young boy called Miguel, whose English was great, he made our stay comfortable. Always ready to help, the rest of the staff were excellent as well
