An Amazing Stay with Exceptionally Kind Staff

Aspectos positivos: This hotel is truly amazing. From the beautiful, well-appointed suites to the impeccable service, my stay was wonderful. The staff deserves a special mention—they are super kind, attentive, and went out of their way to be helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Leblon Suites for its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.

Aspectos negativos: My only minor note is that room service ends at 9:00 PM. For late-night cravings, you'll need to plan ahead or explore the fantastic local delivery options.

Great hotel in Poblado

Aspectos positivos: The staff were nice, check in and check out was a breeze. I loved the area the hotel is located and it was safe and secure.

Aspectos negativos: My mom thought the bed was hard, but I liked the firmness of the bed.

Roomy and relaxed place to stay.

Aspectos positivos: The location is very good. You can walk to various shops and restaurants. Also, the Uber takes you everywhere if it is slightly further away. I recommend using Uber also for coming into and leaving Medellin airport. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee.

Aspectos negativos: The coffee was not very good. I thought Colombia, as a coffee producer, would know its coffee, but the hotel's coffee was not it. Fortunately, the juices made up for it, and a good coffee place after breakfast was a walking distance away, and we did our morning walk every day, LOL.
