Enjoyed our stay

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable, modern, and clean hotel in a good location. Good breakfast and professional staff. Enjoyed our stay, will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Aspectos negativos: Better/more lighting needed in the room, especially in the bathroom.

Aspectos positivos: Extremely nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Aspectos negativos: Limited kitchen equipment. Just plates and cutlery, not even bowls unless you ask the staff. The roof just has a pool, the jacuzzi jets don’t work.

Location. location, location

Aspectos positivos: I enjoyed my stay there so much that I booked an extra day as well. Great atmosphere as well as the breakfast buffet and the stuff was always willing to assist. Amenities were nice too, try to find them all! Location is perfect for a first time traveler like me, as I did not had to spend much for uber or taxi. Just opposite there's a mini market for any extras and near by a burger house. Could not ask for more. 😁 thnx

Aspectos negativos: In our primary convention I was informed that if I deside to change partner during my stay I will have to pay a penalty. Well, they could inform me about that maybe later as not all guests are sex turists and its kind of offensive. Besides that todo was great!

Aspectos positivos: Modern hotel, very large rooms and good breakfast. Pool in the top floor is small but refreshing, good vibe

Aspectos negativos: Check in process: we arrived early in the morning after a very long flight and were able to leave the luggage in the reception. We were then told they could try to check us in early, depending on availability, otherwise 3pm would be guarantteed. We went sightseeing and came back at 3pm very tired with 3 children. When we arrived, we were told there still weren't any rooms available, we had to wait until 4pm for the room, which was very fustrating.

Aspectos positivos: All needed at the hotel, nice warm pool on the last floor, 2 restaurants (ground and top floors) to choose from, very nice staff

Aspectos negativos: The only - point was that there was only 1 elevator which is also shared with staff - so often had to wait a log time.
