Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent, a shopping mall very nearby with an array of shops and restaurants. Even though my stay was short it was a pleasant and quiet one. I also liked the health food store which is next door to the hotel. The room was great, no complaints, I would definitely stay there again.

Este hotel no te decepcionará

Aspectos positivos: Su ubicación que daba a la vez mucha tranquilidad y cercanía a lugares urbanos de interés para turistas

Aspectos negativos: Extrañamente el lobby en el piso 14 hacía que los elevadores demoraran un poco, pero si planificas tus horas de salir (servicio de taxi por ejemplo) no había mayor problema.

Excelente, me encanto el trato de Victoria/cocina, Xiomara/restaurante y Alberto/recepcion

Aspectos positivos: el desayuno es basico sugiero que sea mas amplio y variado, la ubicacion es perfecta

Aspectos negativos: Todo me gusto, solo un poco de atencion en cuanto a la manera en que los chicos del restaurante toman la orden, pienso que por ser un hotel conocido deberia tomas los pedidos y hacer las cuentas con medios electronicos mas modernos y no con papel

Sencillamente espectacular, comodidad, ubicación, gastronomía y personal !!!!

Aspectos positivos: Nos encantó, la excelente disposición del personal, la excelente limpieza diaria, habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno delicioso y variado cada día, a pocos pasos del centro comercial Oviedo y Santa Fe, excelente ubicación, estuve de visita con mi familia y estuvimos muy felices!!!
