Enjoyable stay overall and room for improvement
Aspectos positivos: Very spacious room full of storage, comfortable beds, clean, nice view of the city and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent to Colombian standards. The location is quite safe at night. We were walking to the centre of Poblado without an issue. Restaurants and shopping mall really close by.
Aspectos negativos: The mini fridge was not cleaned out and had leftover food and drinks from the previous guests. Makes us wonder what else has not been cleaned from the previous guests… While the soundproofing with the outside is great, we can hear everything from the rooms next door. The bathroom could definitely use some renovation. It feels quite outdated compared to the modern design of the hotel lobby. A bit far from either metro stations (20min walk).

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, great location—just minor maintenance and payment quirks
Aspectos positivos: The location of the hotel is very convenient, with shopping malls and restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good overall; however, a greater variety from day to day would have enhanced the experience, as the offerings were largely the same each morning. The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable in size and well furnished, with sufficient storage cabinets, a writing table, and a sofa, making the stay pleasant and convenient.
Aspectos negativos: On the downside, the bathroom door was squeaky and slightly misaligned due to loose hinges, and the entry door’s safety lock chain also needed attention. Once these issues were reported, they were addressed promptly, which was appreciated; however, the squeaky noise from the bathroom door remained. These were minor details overall but may require ongoing attention as part of regular wear and tear maintenance. Another inconvenience was that F&B consumption at certain outlets could not be charged to the room and had to be paid on the spot. This caused some difficulty, especially if the outlet didn’t have sufficient cash for returns.

Aspectos positivos: I liked the location. I liked Booking.com upgraded my room. I liked the friendly staff and I liked the breakfast
Aspectos negativos: Too much chlorine in the water coming from the faucets. Totally dried my skin out. No screen on the window, I got mosquito bites at night

First Class Experience with best location in Medellín
Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was excellent. Service was slow, but very large group having meetings at hotel. Bartender was outstanding.
Aspectos negativos: Checking in and out took extremely long time and no one else was in line at desk.

Staff and Location makes this hotel the perfect place for your stay in Medellin.
Aspectos positivos: Wonderful location; convenient, walkable, and close to great restaurants and shops. The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are generously sized (could use more lighting, but not a big issue). Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff; everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel personal and memorable, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Aspectos positivos: This was the fourth consecutive year of visiting Medellín and staying at this hotel. It has always been a memorable visit and stay and this time was no different. I would particularly like to appreciate the housekeeping staff and in particular the supervisor Norfalia Herrera for her dedication and diligent work. The room service and kitchen staff also did a marvelous job every time I placed an order.
