Great service by the right staff

Aspectos positivos: Excellent Service from the day shift hotel staff and everyone was amazing

Aspectos negativos: The tall man that helped us out on the early morning of Saturday the 1st around 5:30am was extremely rude we were coming from a long trip and he was not helpful and he mean mugged us at any chance, we were very polite and said hello at multiple times and he just ignored us

Aspectos positivos: Sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer, schöne Frühstücksterrasse und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Komfortable Betten, gutes Bad. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht und haben die sonstigen Hoteleinrichtungen nicht genutzt, aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
