Conviently situated next to Oviedo mall and other stores in El Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: Easy check-in with friendly staff whom also briefed me of all important information to know before going in the room.

Aspectos negativos: Food did not match the price,mainly the hamburger(there is room for improvement). Everything else on the hotel was OK

Relaxing and welcoming

Aspectos positivos: Location and staff. Restaurant staff were superb and really friendly

Aspectos negativos: Shower had fixed shower head. No mobile shower head. Also the introduction to the room took long. After a long flight, one wants to be left alone to freshen-up. We had to go to 2 rooms because the AC was not working. Also the mattresses were a bit on the hard side

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was great. Location is ideal and is close by to shopping malls, restaurants and other stores. The restaurant in the hotel has a great menu and service. The top floor restaurant has a great view of the city.

Aspectos positivos: Hotel in a great location. Safe and easily accessible. Very good breakfast. Rooms are excellent. Everything is well organized.

Aspectos negativos: We had a room on the roadside. At times, you could hear traffic or loud music. To avoid noise disturbance, ask for a room at the back.

Great price for the buck

Aspectos positivos: Great price for the quality of the hotel. Although the variety offer of the breakfast is not the widest, the quality made up for it. The restaurant staff was very nice and kind, helpful every time. The hotel is located at a very very convenient place, Poblado: shops 2-3mins nearby, pharmacy just round the corner. The famous colombian restaurant \

Aspectos negativos: I'm a very active person so I'm always in need of sporting equipment: the gym has only 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 bench, a couple dumbbells and your well-known multi-function pec machine. Although I'm asking a bit much, for the price, which is nice already, I'd expect a bit more.
