Aspectos positivos: very good breakfast, home page , centrally located, in front of santa fe shopping mall, nice and friendly personnel

Aspectos negativos: difficult to work coffee maker, hard to get hot water for tea after breakfast

Amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay at BH Hotel and will certainly return for another visit to Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Location is superb! Walking distance to Santa Fe and Oviedo Shopping Mall. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the large shower head in the bathroom.

Aspectos negativos: At check in we were notified that breakfast was not included while it was stated in the booking confirmation that this was the case. Also the in the hotel system the reservation was only for 2 people whilst booking we specified for 4 adults plus 1 child, so there definitely was some miscommunication here unfortunately.

I would highly recommend if you get a room with a good view.

Aspectos positivos: Good location was good, opposite a very nice and modern shopping mall. Comfortable rooms with a great breakfast, which is the best about this hotel. The food is all cooked on site by a very warm and friendly and helpful ladies.

Aspectos negativos: It is a bit far from the main attractions/restaurants of El Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: Everything!! The staff was verry nice and helpfull. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. And last but not least the location was perfect just infront of santa fe mall.

Aspectos positivos: I used the room for sleeping, I was out most of the time. But did like the location since it was within walking distance from malls, super-markets and the metro-station. Breakfast was also great, great variety.

Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda, buen desayuno.

Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda, buen desayuno. Me gustó todo, excepto por la parte de la limpieza del baño.

Aspectos negativos: Había varios mosquitos de baño, únicamente en esa parte de la habitación, lo que me da a pensar que no estaba del todo limpio.
