Aspectos positivos: The staff is friendly, the place is well located, close to metro, mall and cafes. Its extremely safe and nice, the room is big. Everything was clean, and they clean the place often and change towels too. Highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: The room was extremely clean and spacious. The room was well equipped. Staff were super friendly. We liked the location as it felt very safe, was close to the metro and was also lots quieter and more chill.

Aspectos negativos: From the information on booking.com we thought we had access to a kitchen and you don’t.

Aspectos positivos: Clean room with comfortable bed, I liked the view from the window. The price was quite good when I booked.

Aspectos negativos: Internal doors are little bit old, like the one of the bathroom, window or the wardrobe couldn't be closed perfectly. But nothing much of a problem actually.

Great place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location, we felt very safe waking home at all hours of the morning/night. Very secure too. Staff very helpful, easy to check in and out. Wifi was great, comfy beds too.

Aspectos negativos: One thing that was confusing -when we booked through booking.com, we got an email asking us to pay on a different app. We didn’t have internet so missed the email, so it charged card on file (as we expected it to). We still got more emails asking to pay on this other app - we ignored them as had seen the payment come out already. So just keep an eye on your card account, and if asked to pay again just ignore it! Think it’s a mix up with booking.com and the hotel itself

This small hotel is like a family. I wouldn’t recommened to families with small babies or many kids.

Aspectos positivos: The breakfast/ lunch were ok. They need more variety, say fruits, cereal, different kind of breads. Maybe a menu for each day of the week? The persons at the kitchen, the attendants, the Administrator, exceptionally kind. They want to please us! It was a pleasure for me to return to this lovable hotel! I recommended to friends/ tourist.

Aspectos negativos: I already mentioned to have a variety of fresh fruits. Could it be to have some small snacks bags, nuts, to sell, beside the pastry…

Excelente custo benefício

Aspectos positivos: Adorei!!! O hotel fica em um bairro excelente, seguro e tranquilo, próximo de um centro comercial ( Shopping Center) completíssimo. O atendimento no hotel foi muito bom, o hotel é limpo e o quarto, tranquilo e confortável. Super recomendo !!!
