Aspectos positivos: This is the second time I stayed here and loved it. Also have recommended to my family and friends. The location is great, the staff and the hotel. They have also a very nice breakfast
Aspectos negativos: It can be noisy in the middle of the night due to other guests coming from parties and not respecting the fact others are sleeping. There should be more control on this.

Perfect with a mind-blowing breakfast
Aspectos positivos: The staff was caring and did everything to make our stay amazing. The breakfast was just mind-blowing, one the best I ever had ! The room was really comfortable, the swimming and the jacuzzi were cleaned every day.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing, everything was great ! We had a lovely stay.

Cozy bed, Perfect Hotel except for the black-gray
Aspectos positivos: The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect.
Aspectos negativos: The only thing I hate about these hotels is how they use so much black and gray. It’s so completely boring. Nobody wants to look at black and gray anymore. People want natural colors and things of beauty.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very clean, probably among the cleanest I've ever been in my life. The hotel is modern looking, perhaps, too modern. Breakfast buffet was very nice, including freshly made coffee and and chef making egg-stuff to order with bountiful of ingredients. Lots of fresh fruits and juices. The staff at the breakfast area, the cleaning ladies, and my driver Willman (?) were the BEST!
Aspectos negativos: First the minor things: The hotel is so clean and sleek that it is STERILE. It is devoid of soul. The lobby area although pretty is..... void. Is empty. Has no life. Pictures will show pretty stuff around the areas, but reality is that these are scarcely placed among an empty void of sadness. Rooms, are very good and much better. Now the Meh things: STAFF. They are uptight, condescending and lack people skills. None of them were rude, or inattentive -- they all did their job, but never a smile, never a 'good morning', never a 'how you are enjoying your stay'. A smile goes a long way. Now the BAD things: I wrote to the hotel 2 weeks, then 1 week, then 2 days before my arrival stating that it was my wife's 50th birthday, that happened to be around Valentines as well and I wanted to have a detail of some sort on the room, like flowers or candy... No one answered the first 2 attempts. Even worse, the third one they DID answer and said they would take care of it. Nothing happened, Lilliana Monroig!! Never got a call, or any detail, or any apology. In fact, I took upon myself to find a local store that delivered The Goods and left clear instructions for hotel staff to place it so when I arrived back in the afternoon the surprise was there... Guess what: They did not do a thing. I had to go to front desk, ask for my stuff and they gave it to me unapologetically. Management staff at this place sucks, badly. So TLDR: If you like Self Service Hotels where you do not need to interact at all with staff, this is a perfect, sterile, soulless but clean, safe, well kept property worth the price.

Aspectos positivos: The surrounding of the property, good located and friendly staff.
Aspectos negativos: The cleaning of the floor in the room was the only thing about cleanness to be mentioned.

Just wonderful! I absolutely enjoyed the stay.
Aspectos positivos: I really liked everything about this hotel. The pick-up from the airport was arranged by the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with buffet and egg station. The location was great and I had a wonderful view from my room. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. I would go back anytime.
Aspectos negativos: I was not able use the pool as planned. Either too full or not the right time. The gym was good, but could be tight, if too many users showed up. However, i really liked that it was open.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is grand. We had a huge, 66 square meters suit. We enjoyed having a living and dining area. The staff were amazing - very attentive and always going out of their way. I struggled with Spanish as mainly reception spoke English, but the hotel has excellent wifi throughout, and my translator app worked very well. The swimming pool was wonderful - the water temperature is perfect to cool down on the hot day. The bar downstairs serves great cocktails, and the food from the restaurant is good. Room service had good food. The spa is worth a visit - nice with great treatments. The location is great. The area is beautiful and nice to walk. The awesome Santa Fe Mall is 200 meters away, and it has everything you would need. There is also a big, very nice supermarket down the hill. We enjoyed our stay and will go back.
Aspectos negativos: Room service can be a bit slow.
