Great stay

Aspectos positivos: Location is great, staff really friendly and breakfast was lovely. It was handy that hotel is attached to a shopping centre.

Aspectos negativos: Gym was very small and as there were no windows, when it rained the treadmill and other equipment was wet.

Our stay was magnificent and will be returning next year again.

Aspectos positivos: We liked everything and especially the entrance from the Hotel to Oviedo Mall was quick and easy. breakfast was super, the location excellent. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the neighborhood.

Aspectos negativos: Well, the fact that I loss 2 items in the room but, was compensated here for. But satisfied.

Happy with with the hotel and the neighborhood.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, 2 commercial malls nearby. The Oviedo Mall can be reached thru the 2nd floor of the hotel, very handy!. The Santa Fe mall is excellent and is just a 8 minutes walk away. Very good breakfast with excellent service. The room (on the 9th floor) is comfortable with comfy beds. Good overall amenities. Very pleasant and helpful Reception Desk associates.

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast room is however very noisy because it is not an enclosed space (open space) and is adjacent to a noisy street with many cars passing by. Ultimately we got used to it, but it remains a nuisance.

Perfect place to stay in Medellin!

Aspectos positivos: Great new room with wonderful view over town. Very attentive and friendly staff. And: it was quiet, so we slept very good. Small pool to relax and direct access to a wonderful shopping mall. Would totally stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: Fabulous area, very clean room and helpful staff. And a couple of wee chocolates popped onto our beds every evening. Lovely clean swimming pool and access to shopping centre through back gate made for a very convenient and save stay.
