Big clean space, friendly staff and amazing location.

Aspectos positivos: Location was amazing, right opposite and short walk to great locations, without the crowds and noise.

Aspectos negativos: The sofa bed is more like a foldaway mattress on the floor, but it did the job.

Great value for money

Aspectos positivos: Very helpful reception staff, good location close to restaurants, shops and so on... The studio was bigger than I expected, clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Aspectos negativos: Although the location is great as the hotel is close to everything, you should be aware that it can get quite noisy through the hight.

Enjoyable week in Medellin.

Aspectos positivos: We enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near to restaurants, malls and the metro station. Breakfast was great! Staff was nice, though Christian was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely look forward to stay there next time.

Spacious & comfortable apartment in safe part of town with an outstanding breakfast.

Aspectos positivos: Very big and spacious apartment with a big comfortable bed, two spacious bathrooms, a kitchen, and air conditioning. Very happy with the apartment and considered it value for money for the price we paid. The apartment complex offered a laundry service which was helpful. The building was secure with a locked front door and the reception staff were helpful. The breakfast included in the price was outstanding. It is hosted by the restaurant across the street from the hotel, and the quality and quantity of breakfast meal was really excellent.

Aspectos negativos: The sliding glass doors that faced the street did not reach the ceiling, so there was an open gap between the doors and ceiling of about 2 inches which meant we could hear noises from the street. It was only a minor issue, though.

great accommodation for a longer stay in Poblado

Aspectos positivos: Location, spacious room, excellent breakfast at Al Alma restaurant across the street

Aspectos negativos: the windows only have super thin glass which means you can literally hear all street noises. it didn’t even matter if you closed the balcony door or not. same noise level. they should really replace the windows with isolated glass. this would be a big improvement.
