Some of the best dining experiences ever

Aspectos positivos: ElCielo was in an excellent location, near to many attractions and trendy shop and dining streets which are easily walkable. The design and decor were sophisticated and the 3 live walls were stunning! All staff were amazing, attentive and well appointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, personally I could have done without the bath by the bed and had a table or desk but can appreciate the allure to some people.the food in all restaurants was amazing and reasonably priced.

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom could have been a bit bigger and lacked enough counter space and hooks for clothing etc.

Aspectos positivos: What we enjoyed the most was the staff. Their professional an very friendly attitude,,made our stay so wonderful. They deserve a 10.

Aspectos negativos: We didn’t enjoy the food we had at the hotel. This doesn’t includes the fine dining of the Italian. The food at the bistro wasn’t at the standards and quality as one may expect from a hotel like “ el cielo “

Luxury hotel but slightly over pretentious.

Aspectos positivos: Dannyela at reception was brilliant when our luggage was lost by Air France. She helped us enormously. The pool area was very relaxing.

Aspectos negativos: The wine! Seriously overpriced for not particularly good wine. They desperately need a cellar manager.

Very Nice. I would happily stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: This is a boutique hotel, very well designed. You don't really see, from the road, what it is like, but there is a nice ambience when you walk in. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The concierge service was very good, throughout our stay.

Aspectos negativos: There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which has a good reputation. Unfortunately there is no preferential booking for incoming guests, which is frustrating. The restaurant staff were good about working with us to find a place, but it was at lunchtime instead of during the day.

nice hotel in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: situated in a nice quiet area, the restaurant food choice has limited options in salad but good quality food. I like the pool. standard of the food and drink is high, and nice interior of the room. I love my welcome drink which is like a coffee with liquor.

Aspectos negativos: the menu of the bistro is limited and no salad dishes. they told me only carrots are available!
