Poblado Park Guest House

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and in a great location. Good value for money. The breakfast every morning was very good. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with any problems that we had.

Good place to stay in Poblado

Aspectos positivos: The staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. In particular Santiago, he helps a lot with the recommendations.

Aspectos negativos: In general all good, the shower is small but all good

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean & good location

Aspectos positivos: Very clean & a great location near Poblado park but not so near it was too noisy at night.

Aspectos negativos: Even though you could contact reception via WhatsApp, there wasn’t anyone around all day so may not be convenient for people arriving late or leaving before 10am.

Great little spot

Aspectos positivos: Location is great, plenty of places within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating even with our poor Spanish skills. Room was basic but for the cost excellent value for money, shower was good, rooms were clean and well maintained.

Aspectos negativos: For the cost there isn’t much not to like.

Aspectos positivos: Nice and very comfortable. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the breakfast (it’s half buffet, something we liked). The room was big and clean (we took an ensuite room). Santiago was nice and helpful! And the neighborhood is very nice.

Great breakfast and usage of rooftop and pool next door awesome

Aspectos positivos: Nothing special but all fine. Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice. We could store our luggage. Staff gave valuable Tipps for Medellin and safety. Usage of rooftop and pool of hotel next door very nice so you have the benefit of the expensive hotel but stay in cheaper hotel :).

Aspectos negativos: Room a little bit small and no AC but we also didn’t check for AC when booking so maybe booked one without AC. But as Medellin isn’t hot during the night it wasn’t a problem at all :)

Lovely, clean and comfortable guesthouse in a good location!

Aspectos positivos: My room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. The cook made me a lovely omelette for breakfast, and the tea/coffee/cereal facilities were very good. I only stayed here for one night on a short layover, but it was perfect for what I needed.

Aspectos negativos: The reception is closed from 7pm to 9.30am, so I couldn't ask anyone for recommendations or advice. But the staff messaged me with check in guidelines which was good, but I would have liked to be able to talk to someone in person.

Solid choice for poblado, good value, would book again

Aspectos positivos: Excellent staff with luggage storage and clean rooms. Solid location and did not witness a party ;-)

Aspectos negativos: Rooms are clean and functional but not very spacious, outside noise is well isolated but you hear people directly passing your room Would book again

Great little hotel in a fun and safe location

Aspectos positivos: Everything was great, the location was good. Noisy on a weekend but with earplugs was fine. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! If you want a big room go for the twin beds.

Aspectos positivos: Santiago. The man at Reception. He was SO helpful when I had two flights cancel. I am a 71 year old woman travelling alone and my phone is a huge challenge for me. Santiago showed me things for the use of the phone which made life SO much easier for me!!! I am eternally grateful to Santiago!
